MySQL OEM Solution Catalog Listing Agreement

Welcome MySQL OEM partner! Thank you for your interest in MySQL’s Solution Catalog (the "Catalog"). By registering your company for the Catalog, you agree to the following:

1. You represent that you are an employee of your company and you are authorized to accept and agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of your company ("you" or "your");
2. You grant to MySQL AB and its affiliates a no-charge, non-exclusive license to reproduce and display your (a) trademarks, trade names, service marks, and/or logos, and (b) description of your application(s) that include MySQL database software, so that MySQL may include such information in the Catalog. You understand that the Catalog appears on MySQL’s website and may also appear in printed form;
3. MySQL maintains editorial control of the Catalog and has no obligation to include your information in the Catalog; and
4. You may rescind this license and authorization at any time by sending written notice to the following address:

   Contracts Administration,
   2510 Fairview Avenue East,
   Seattle,WA 98102
   USA.

Within 30 days after receipt of such notice, MySQL will remove your information from the Catalog (however, this license and authorization shall remain in effect as necessary for MySQL to deplete pre-printed inventory of the Catalog).
